Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Data Science & Analytics Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute organizational data strategy while contributing to advanced statistical analysis and machine learning initiatives
• Lead the development of predictive models and data products to optimize customer experiences and business outcomes
• Oversee the design and implementation of data science infrastructure and manage contractor relationships to enhance capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and hands-on experience with Python/R and SQL
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital advertising, or loyalty platforms with a proven track record in building data products
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related quantitative field
