A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a customer success strategy focused on cross-sell, retention, and efficient management of a large customer base
  • Develop data-driven playbooks for cross-sell leads and manage price increase initiatives while maintaining customer retention
  • Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success team, implementing efficient operations and coaching strategies
Required Qualifications
  • A university degree in accounting, finance, or business
  • 5+ years of experience in leading Customer Success teams, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to define strategy and execute operational plans in a high-volume, low-ACV environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team while engaging in customer and revenue-driving activities
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills to manage performance and optimize opportunities
