Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients and customers for scheduling appointments and conducting surveys
• Assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information
• Provide support to enhance patients' healthcare experiences

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Able to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
