Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational excellence in coding services and manage client relationships
• Lead the implementation of new clients and ensure adherence to coding quality and project guidelines
• Identify best practices and enhance operational workflows for efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in medical coding or value-based care operations, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in payer-side operations and risk-based programs
• Strong understanding of HCC coding practices and regulatory guidelines
• Ability to manage global teams and vendor relationships
