Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Business Operations for Catalyze360.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage various contracts related to drug discovery and development
• Track deliverables, develop budgets, and support key projects within the team
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in business development or supplier management, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals
• Significant experience in negotiating and managing drug discovery/development engagements
• Experience with financial, procurement, and contract lifecycle management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
