Director of Clinical Quality

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop core quality metrics for specialties to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with clinical teams and stakeholders to align on quality improvement initiatives
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement data-driven action plans for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of clinical quality improvement experience in healthcare, preferably in specialty care
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies preferred
• Experience with managed care and project management skills
