Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team to deliver exceptional service and relationship building for a specific client portfolio
• Maintain accurate client data within Salesforce and develop Customer Success protocols
• Negotiate contracts, oversee project management of new deliverables, and present performance metrics to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
• Proven ability to develop executive champions at a strategic level
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience establishing and reporting on team metrics
• Hands-on experience in enterprise software is a plus
