A company is looking for a Director/Sr. Director of Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Managers and Directors to achieve key performance objectives
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client inquiries and ensure timely delivery of services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in a health or healthcare field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in client success or account management roles
• At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Proven track record in driving client satisfaction and retention in a B2B healthcare environment
• Experience with enterprise clients and complex sales cycles is a plus
