Director of AI Transformation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI Transformation to lead initiatives using generative AI to enhance services for independent primary care practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executive sponsors to define strategic goals and measure progress
• Partner with various teams to execute projects using a lean startup approach
• Source and manage AI and automation partners while providing updates to executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, technology, economics, or related field
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 3 years in strategic program management or digital transformation
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Experience implementing AI technologies in healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, especially in value-based care
