Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Agency Partnerships responsible for driving strategic growth across a portfolio of high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow senior-level relationships across Publicis to drive long-term strategic partnerships
• Lead end-to-end sales efforts for the full product suite, focusing on large-scale upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with programmatic platform technologies and adtech business development
• 3+ years of direct sales experience in CTV with strong agency relationships
• Experience working with pharmaceutical clients and understanding of the healthcare advertising ecosystem
• Deep knowledge of contractual business terms and experience negotiating complex agreements
• Track record of exceeding revenue goals and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
