Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage digital marketing initiatives and support lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage website usability, functionality, and performance as the product owner
• Support demand generation strategies and analyze lead generation data for targeted marketing
• Oversee Internet Listing Services (ILS) administration and maintain relationships with ILS providers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or three to five years of related experience
• Familiarity with digital marketing in the property management or multifamily housing industry
• Experience managing ILS platforms and/or working with digital marketing agencies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and lead generation tactics
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Yardi Site Manager, and Google Analytics 4 is preferred
