Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Scaled Customer Success Manager (Temp Contract).

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SaaS technologies within education
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Proactive communication skills via phone and video chat
