Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchant Support Specialist to handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional call center customer service and support for merchant service-related inquiries
  • Act as a liaison for interdepartmental support and navigate client inquiries to resolution
  • Assist with various merchant services functions and provide basic technical assistance
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Experience in Merchant Services fields required
  • 1-2 years of industry experience in call center and/or customer support roles
  • 1-2 years of experience in payment processing, specifically merchant services
  • 1 year of experience with TSYS mreports, ACH services, and merchant management CRMs
