Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager in the Americas Tax Technology Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Owner to design, plan, build, and support products in the portfolio
• Manage product delivery, maintenance, and escalated technical support across multiple products
• Coordinate with internal teams and lead urgent response efforts to resolve production issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 10-15 years of relevant experience, with 6+ years in leading development teams
• Experience in managing onshore, remote, and offshore teams
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and distributed systems
• Experience with Microsoft .NET platform and building Cloud-native solutions (MS Azure preferred)
