Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Program Manager for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage design and engineering teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with business goals
• Facilitate quarterly planning, PI Planning events, and communication of project status and risks
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end product development

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams in complex deliveries
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience in program management for direct-to-consumer projects
• Familiarity with web and mobile application development technologies
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
