Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Senior Director of Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a seamless brand experience across multiple platforms
• Co-develop a comprehensive design strategy in partnership with the CPO
• Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing team of product designers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading product design
• Mastery of visual and interaction design, systems, and content strategy
• 8+ years of experience in team building and management
• Proven track record of shipping products at scale
• Strong collaboration and mentorship skills
