A company is looking for an Insurance Billing Specialist to manage dental insurance billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit dental insurance claims accurately and promptly, following up as needed
• Post insurance payments and adjustments to patient accounts, reconciling discrepancies
• Monitor accounts receivable and manage collections of outstanding insurance balances

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in dental insurance claim submission and AR management
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, procedures, and coding
• Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and data security
• Experience with Google Workspaces
