Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager for D2E Wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain wellbeing program plans for each employer
• Define and refine reports and communicate with employers
• Track and trend metrics and key performance indicators of the wellbeing program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in Population Health Management
• 3 years of people leadership experience
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in creating and maintaining wellbeing programs
