Deal Desk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Manager to streamline the deal process and manage contracts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales with pricing approvals, contract drafting, and deal structuring
• Manage the end-to-end deal paperwork process, including vendor registration and customer documentation
• Issue invoices upon deal closure and coordinate with Finance for timely payment and revenue recognition

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Contracts Management in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong familiarity with SaaS contract structures and enterprise procurement processes
• Comfortable negotiating contract language and collaborating with external legal counsel
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, PandaDoc, and contract lifecycle management systems is a plus
