Key Responsibilities

• Structure, review, and approve complex deals in coordination with Sales and leadership
• Apply deal underwriting criteria and streamline approval workflows for efficient deal processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate margins and manage contract reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; healthcare experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or finance within SaaS, healthcare IT, or professional services
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, pricing structures, and contract management
• Proven ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
