Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior SQL Server DBA
• Strong knowledge of AlwaysOn Availability Groups and database mirroring
• Experience with SSIS and SQL Server migrations/upgrades
• Proficient in performance tuning and optimization of queries and databases
• Familiarity with PowerShell and T-SQL
