Job Summary

A company is looking for a Master Data Operator to assist with order processing and customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and update customer orders, including entering new orders and maintaining accurate records
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, discrepancies, and cancellations
• Support customer care initiatives and maintain exceptional customer relations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of data entry or similar experience
• Prior customer care experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task effectively
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Industry experience and market knowledge are preferred
