Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various functions to develop and automate insights on sales performance and compensation plans
• Track and report sales incentive programs, ensuring accurate calculation and timely disbursement of compensation
• Generate insights through data visualization and present findings, including recommendations on compensation adjustments

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in an operations role, particularly in sales operations or sales support
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce power user for building reports and dashboards
• Understanding of sales compensation principles and best practices
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools for data analysis
• Ability to learn new technology quickly and identify improvement opportunities
