Data Service Intern

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and motivated Data Services Intern to join our Services Team! This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data entry, data quality, and data management while working with a global EdTech company.

As a Data Services Intern, you’ll support real client-facing projects, particularly around curriculum data migration, while learning how to work with large datasets, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to ongoing automation efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Data Entry: Help input and structure large sets of curriculum data for client migrations into our platforms.
• Data Alignment: Support standardization and alignment of data across Faria’s platforms and services.
• Data Collection & Processing: Assist in building and maintaining automated data pipelines, including cleaning and formatting raw data.
• Data Maintenance: Help with data quality tasks like formatting consistency, and regular updates.

• Database Updates: Assist in maintaining our internal Standards Database used across our platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (e.g., Education, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Web Design).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn and grow.
• Proficient or willing to learn business tools like Salesforce, ZenDesk, Zoom, Slack, ClickUp, Google Suite, etc.
• Strong English Language Skills
  

Preferred but not required:

• Background in education, edTech or SaaS is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools or best practices to improve data workflows.
• Previous experience handling structured data or working with databases.
