Cybersecurity Operations Director

A company is looking for a Director of Cybersecurity Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including threat monitoring and incident response
• Develop and lead the organization's cybersecurity operations strategy and ensure compliance with regulatory mandates
• Manage security technologies and vendor relationships to optimize security posture and incident handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in information security or IT, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and NIST 800-53
• Proven experience managing enterprise security operations, including SOC and vulnerability management
