Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist - Intermediate to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and protect sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure CMMC Level 2 compliance by conducting gap assessments and aligning operations with NIST 800-171 requirements
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including the System Security Plan (SSP) and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M)
• Coordinate third-party audits to achieve and sustain CMMC Level 2 certification

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance or higher prior to start
• Undergraduate/bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity compliance experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience applying NIST 800-171, CMMC, or equivalent DoD frameworks in an IT/OT environment
