Installation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Installation Engineer to perform installations, configurations, and support for healthcare technology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial installation, configuration, and testing of software at customer sites, completing necessary documentation
• Provide Tier 2 technical support and maintain records of installations and updates in Salesforce
• Engage with development teams for software transitions and participate in testing and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL 4 Foundations, Microsoft Technology Associate
• 2-4 years of experience in technical/server support or Healthcare Information Technology
• Experience with HL7 messaging standards and DICOM interfaces
• Experience interacting with healthcare IT vendors and hospital IT staff
