Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative & Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex inquiries
  • Assist the Founder and Lead Developer with task intake, prioritization, and progress tracking
  • Create instructional content and maintain communication regarding task status and organizational priorities
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in North or South America
  • Prior experience with databases or technical tools is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a remote work environment
  • Comfortable working independently from home
  • Patient, empathetic, and upbeat approach to communication
