Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries via various channels including phone and email. Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as we value diverse communication skills.

Duties
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone in under 1 hour, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer support.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office system.
• Conduct outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and help in the scheduling process effectively.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in office software and customer support tools.
• Ability to type efficiently while communicating with customers.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and support.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
