Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to support the implementation and adoption of its software for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing client-facing presentations, documentation, and communications
  • Facilitate the implementation process for corporate customers by managing onboarding milestones and deliverables
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer records in core business systems
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of customer success or customer service experience
  • Project management and/or customer onboarding experience preferred
  • Basic Generative AI experience preferred
  • Strong PC skills - proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and ability to prioritize responsibilities independently
