Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Grant Services Subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill contracted retained grant subscription services and grant writing agreements
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding clients, and provide research assistance for grant opportunities
• Submit weekly progress reports and participate in regular team meetings

Required Qualifications

• Public service grant experience in fields such as firefighting, law enforcement, or local government
• 1-3 years of experience in a professional local government or nonprofit setting
• Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Adept at building rapport with clients and prospective clients
• Strong research skills and a commitment to client success
