Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to support customers in the Automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact dealers to reinforce business relationships and discuss issues
• Respond to incoming software usage questions and concerns from customers
• Coach dealers on software features and resolve potential usage problems

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and support skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel/Word/Google Applications
• Associate's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
