Job Summary

A company is looking for a Catastrophic and Rehabilitation Referral Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage referrals for Catastrophic and Complex Durable Medical Equipment (DME), ensuring proper authorization before delivery
• Provide updates and confirmations regarding DME delivery to referral sources, providers, and injured workers
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Some college credit and/or experience in a related discipline
• At least one (1) year of related experience in complex referrals or DME processing
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software
• Knowledge of medical terminology and confidentiality requirements
• Compliance with regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance initiatives
