Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in a customer success leadership role, with 7+ years in direct people management
  • Proven experience in a start-up and/or SaaS environment
  • Data and process-driven
  • Track record of building and scaling teams, systems, and processes in a rapid-growth setting
