Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Telephone Member Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle member and non-member calls regarding credit union products and services
• Process external payment requests and assist with member live chats
• Meet and exceed productivity, sales, and quality goals while cross-selling products and services

Required Qualifications

• College degree or a minimum of two years relevant experience in the financial industry or customer service
• Previous sales experience in the financial services industry is preferred
• Professional telephone demeanor with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
• Computer literate with knowledge of Windows applications
• Must achieve Level 1 lending authority within four to six months of hire
