Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and manage client issue submissions, ensuring proper resolution and communication
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Coach clients on leveraging available resources and assess attrition risk to engage internal resources for mitigation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 - 3 years of professional experience in healthcare revenue cycle and/or EMR
  • Proven ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects
  • Basic analytical skills and comfort working with data
