Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process, track, and bill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist in preparing product specifications, pricing research, and vendor discussions
  • Verify and manage manufacturer orders, ensuring accuracy in details and specifications
Qualifications:
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar software is required
  • Basic understanding of Project Spec and familiarity with Cap Worksheets or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role is preferred
  • Must have a personal PC/laptop and a stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download & upload speed)
