Provider Installation Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Installation Representative, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate plan documents, including Summary Plan Descriptions and Summary of Benefits & Coverage
• Ensure accurate coding of the system using supporting documents
• Respond to help desk inquiries from contracted providers and internal departments

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficiency with computers and Windows PCs
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
