We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services
– Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and understanding
– Upsell and cross-sell products and services when opportunities arise
– Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
– Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics and targets
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
– 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote setting
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Desired Skills
– Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
– Knowledge of customer service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
– Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
– Strong typing and data entry skills
– Familiarity with cloud-based technology and software
