As the Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients and website visitors through live chat. You will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of individuals, including customers, prospective clients, and other stakeholders, to answer their questions and address their concerns in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor live chat inquiries and respond to them promptly and professionally
• Provide first-level technical and customer support to clients and website visitors
• Direct complex issues to the appropriate team member for further resolution
• Update and maintain accurate records of all live chat conversations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and accurate responses to inquiries
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the live chat process and make suggestions for enhancements
• Proactively engage with website visitors to generate interest in our products and services
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously
• Proficient in using live chat software and other computer programs
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
