Clinical Coordinator - LPN or RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Coordinator - LPN or RN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage medical and health care services for designated clients
• Collaborate with various departments and provide excellent customer service
• Research and document medical information to support case management interventions

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN state licensure in good standing
• Three years of hospital/clinical experience in relevant fields
• Knowledge of injured worker's rights and case management practices
• Compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance initiatives
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
