Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 2 to 3 months of training, followed by mentorship
• Research account and transaction records to resolve issues for registered representatives and shareholders
• Process telephone requests for mutual fund transactions and review transactions processed by other associates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous work experience in a professional corporate environment
• Knowledge of mutual funds is a plus
• Must be committed to intensive training and potential full-time employment
