We’re expanding our Arizona-based team and are on the lookout for dynamic, dedicated, and delightful Virtual Receptionists to work from the comfort of home. If you’ve got the right attitude and a passion for people, you might just be our next superstar!
What You’ll Do
As a Virtual Receptionist, you’ll:
· Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
· Deliver world-class customer service while representing our clients’ brands.
· Accurately take and forward messages, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with care.
· Create a seamless caller experience by being friendly, helpful, and proactive on every call.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
· Prior call center or fast-paced customer service experience.
· A clear, pleasant speaking voice and polished phone etiquette.
· Strong computer skills with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
· Exceptional attention to detail and a natural ability to multitask.
· A positive, team-first mindset with a professional attitude—and yes, a sense of humor goes a long way!
What You’ll Need to Work from Home
· A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a desk and comfy office chair.
· Adequate lighting to keep you focused and energized.
· Reliable internet: Minimum speeds – Download: 85 Mbps | Upload: 30 Mbps.
· Equipment that meets the following requirements:
o Operating System: Windows 10+ or macOS Big Sur+
o Browser: Latest version of Chrome
o Processor: Intel i5 or Ryzen 5
o RAM: 8GB or more
o Monitor: Minimum 19” screen, 1920×1080 resolution
o Headset: USB or mic jack compatible – we’ll provide the headset!
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· At least 1 year of customer service experience
· Reliable attendance record and self-driven work ethic
· Ability to perform in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
· Passion for exceeding expectations and delivering excellence
