Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support and services to participants in an employment and training project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist consumers in accordance with performance standards and privacy policies
  • Track and document inquiries, complete associated tasks, and meet quality assurance metrics
  • Facilitate requests for materials, refer consumers to appropriate entities, and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time
  • Must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet service
