Remote Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Loan Officer Assistant to support a high-volume origination team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pipeline and CRM, tracking active loans and borrower engagement
• Assist with file setup, loan support, and client prequalification
• Conduct agent and database research to maintain accurate referral data

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant or Processor
• Military background or family connection strongly preferred
• Must be committed to becoming a licensed Loan Officer
• NMLS license is a plus, but not required
• Experience with any mortgage LOS; Salesforce is a bonus
