Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide technical assistance and support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical issues and meet end-users' needs through live chat and email
  • Maintain end-to-end problem ownership and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team and escalate issues to appropriate support teams when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent with at least one year of customer service experience
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Ability to document ticketing information accurately with minimal errors
  • Experience with Windows-based applications and willingness to work on weekends or rotating schedules
