Key Responsibilities

• Researches and prepares proposals to present to clients
• Processes quote requests and ensures clients receive all necessary information for their vacation
• Provides exceptional customer service and addresses client issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of travel industry experience, preferably in the cruise market
• Knowledge of various cruise lines, ships, and destinations worldwide
• Experience with Cruise Line booking tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a Cruise Line or Travel Agency is required
