Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for members and providers regarding inquiries about eligibility, authorizations, claims, and policy procedures
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and first call resolution
• Document customer interactions and escalate priority issues as necessary to improve service efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years in a customer service environment
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to remain courteous and patient when dealing with difficult callers
• Ability to work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
