Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in Customer Success
  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role with implementation and renewals responsibilities
  • Direct experience working in or with K-12 school systems
  • Experience with data-driven customer health scoring and risk mitigation strategies
  • Commitment to serving underserved communities in healthcare
