Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer interactions and resolve service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and review customer service requests, and schedule appointments with homeowners
  • Prepare schedules for service personnel and coordinate with supervisors to address scheduling issues
  • Ensure customer complaints are resolved and follow up to confirm customer satisfaction


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with one year of related experience and/or training
  • Bilingual experience preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Ability to learn about all products related to installation
  • Intermediate math skills for calculations related to service tasks
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
